Weigh in after Thanksgiving

OK, so I really wanted to show a loss.  I didn't lose this week, but I did only gain .4.  I really don't think I ate all that bad.  I know that I missed some meals due to working.  I find it very hard to get my 15 minute breaks in.  The shoe department is always busy and it's hard to find someone to cover for me.

I did take my measurements and I'm down another inch in my bust, waist and hips.  I know that my clothes are fitting a lot more loose.  I am going to have to get some new pants soon for work.  Mine are really baggy.  It's a shame to lose weight and wear baggy clothes so no one can even tell.  I, in no way, want to wear skin tight clothes, but something that fits better would be nice.

I liked the condensed post last week, but I found that I was wanting to also write about things that happened the day I was writing on, so I think I'll go back to semi daily blogs entries.

Is every body decorated for Christmas already?  We are suppose to get a new roof in the very near future so we didn't want to put up the outside lights yet.  We usually turn them on after dinner on Thanksgiving.  It seems odd to not have them up and lit.  I haven't started on the inside of the house yet either.  I'm hoping to get that at least started today.  I work all but 2 days this week and 3 of those days are until midnight.  I hate driving at night.  I'm glad that Kohl's is not far away and I only have to make a couple turns and I'm home.

OK, I'd better get some laundry done and get started on decorating the living room.

  1. In the scheme of things, that's awesome! Do you know there's a study that says Americans, on average, gain a pound over Thanksgiving? That's every American. I will be ecstatic if I lose 2 ounces, but I'm hoping - for some reason! - for 2 pounds. :-)

Your decrease in measurements and need for smaller clothes is fantastic! Congratulations! :-)
